Our activities are open to all to advance education and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation, and other leisure time activities in the interests of social welfare, to improve health and wellbeing and promote community cohesion.
Our heritage is St. Kitts & Nevis, twin islands in the Eastern Caribbean, however we are delighted that people from all nationalities enjoy our events and activities, and also learn about our culture and heritage.
SANAS' purpose is to provide activities to enhance the quality of life for the local community and strive to build a strong united community in and around Slough. Our aims are to support local nationals and the wider community by: improving health and well-being; bringing families and communities together; developing community partnerships and managing a community cafe
Hundreds of people in the local community across all generations have benefitted as a direct result of our activities. We have hosted health seminars, community cook-ups, children's activity clubs and a senior citizens lunch/social club - helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
Although we are a small charity we offer vital support, which provides a lifeline to the most vulnerable people in our society.
